    Looking for a reverse mortgage, both seniors over 62, retired, great, clean, credit history (almost 800) no foreclosures or bankrupticies, primary residence is single fam. home in Kirkland, WA, low balance, home approx., estimated value of home $860k plus, need $400k or thereabouts. Should qualify on most counts, have read up on reversed mortgages.
